If you're planning on moving in or out of The Venetian, to minimise disruption to other residents, please ensure you follow these simple rules:
You may carry out your move between 7.30am and 7pm Monday to Friday, or between 8am and 6pm on a Saturday. Moving in or out of the building is not permitted on a Sunday or on a public holiday
All large items are to be brought in to the building via the basement car park and the lift, and not through the ground floor entrances or the fire stairs
Items should be carried, or for heavy items, moved using a trolley. No items are to be dragged along the ground
For security reasons, neither the ground floor entrance doors nor the garage gates are to be left open and unattended at any time
Each building only has one lift, so to avoid causing problems for other residents, the lifts are not to be overloaded and the doors are not to be held open for long periods of time
All cardboard waste from your move should be flattened and placed in recycle bins. For items that do not fit in the bins you should contact buildingmanager@venetianpyrmont.com and wait for permission before leaving your cardboard and other large rubbish there.
