Welcome to The Venetian. Please keep in mind that the building is governed by a set of laws and by-laws that are designed to help ensure that The Venetian is a great place to live, whilst balancing the needs of all owners and residents.
Most decisions and activities relating to the building are co-ordinated by the Strata Committee (SC) members who are owners and volunteers. The aim is to manage the building in a way that delivers the best value for money, ensuring the building is kept in optimum condition and that it continues to be a great place in which to live.
For all new matters relating to the building, owners, landlords/agents should send an email to the Building Manager, Helen Yao via the following email address:

Please keep in mind that any issues with aspects of an apartment such as fly screens and air conditioning are the responsibility of the relevant owner/s and not of Strata because they are not part of the original building.
For genuine Strata emergencies outside office hour (such as a burst water pipe), please call Whelan Property Group on 0413 572 062. Calls to this number cost $143 per call. Please think carefully before calling this number because if the matter is not deemed to be a Strata emergency (i.e. an emergency that relates to common property), or if it is deemed to be a personal emergency (such as someone locking themselves out of their apartment), then the relevant lot will be charged for the call.
If you do use the above emergency outside office hours number, soon after making your call can you please also outline the matter in an email to stratamanager@venetianpyrmont.com and say that you have reported it. That will help ensure that the relevant people are made aware of the issue. We may then also be able to help prevent multiple residents reporting the same issue by for example, putting an appropriate notice on this Web site or on noticeboards.
