Please be aware that there are bike racks available for use at the far end of the Saunders Street side of the basement car park.
These racks are generally pretty full, with some bikes that seem to be no longer used or perhaps have even been abandoned. For the sake of fairness and providing access to those who need it most, we request that you use your bike at least monthly or store it in your own garage.
If you have a bike in the racks that you don't need any more, please make sure you remove it, so you free up bike space for other residents. We very much appreciate your help with that.
Please also be aware that bikes must not be left anywhere else on common property (and must not be secured to poles or railings).
