Due to some mailbox break-ins and the severe inconvenience and liabilities that this can cause we have moved the 4 main building mailboxes into ground floor foyers.
Each mailbox was supplied with 4 security keys and residents issued with 3 keys each (1 being held in the case of an emergency by Whelan).
It is not possible to make copies of the mailbox keys and if you loose these keys then you will need to pay for Ryan Letterboxes to come out and replace the lock and provide new keys
Please be aware that the mailboxes and the locks remain the property of the building. Replacing or tampering with the locks will result in them being replaced by the Owners Corporation and you will be charged for this service.
