Most units come with parking in the basement.
If you need further parking, you may like to apply to City of Sydney Council for a resident parking permit. Eligibility criteria apply. For further information, please click here.
Residents of the building are not permitted to park in the basement visitor parking spaces at any time.
Visitors of unit owners may use the visitor parking spaces for a maximum of 24hrs in a one week period.
Visitor parking permits for all day parking on the street, are available from City of Sydney Council (costs apply). For eligibility criteria and further information please click here.
At no time are owners, residents or visitors permitted to park in restricted areas such as the basement driveway (including in front of their own garages). An occasional exception to park on the driveway is granted to tradespeople when they have a valid work order to attend the building and where they need to access their tools and equipment.
Action will be taken against offenders in accordance with the by-laws.
